EXPEDITION WILD™ 2010-2011
ALASKA WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY FLOAT TRIP
Expedition Wild™ Alaska Wildlife Photography Float Trip:
Floating the rivers of Alaska gives us a unique opportunity to view and photograph wildlife and birds in a quiet, unfettered setting.
Our days are spent in the field learning wildlife photography techniques with the animals and birds we encounter.
Topics include locating and approaching subject matter, lighting, light metering, composition, digital equipment selection, white balance, color correction, lens and accessory equipment selection, etc.
Evening photo critique sessions help us analyze our photographic progress during the expedition. Gourmet meals prepared river-side add to the enjoyment of this trip.
7-day itineraries available June through mid-September.
The trips begin and end at the Anchorage, Alaska float plane airport.
"....What an awesome trip down the river. Thanks for showing us how to safely photograph Grizzly Bears without getting eaten!....."
