EXPEDITION WILD Reservations and Cancellation Policy A 50% per person deposit is required to guarantee your spot. Final 50% due ninety days prior to trip date. 25% of total trip cost is non-refundable if cancelled more than ninety days prior to trip date. If cancellation is less than ninety days before trip date, 100% of total trip cost is non-refundable, unless your space can be filled. Every effort will be made to fill your reserved space, but no guarantees are made that we will be able to do so. Full payment is expected at time of booking for trips booked less than ninety days in advance of trip date. Expedition Wild cannot be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to inclement weather, poor or unsafe river or landing strip conditions, airline/air taxi cancellations or delays. Expedition Wild reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time for any reason. We strongly recommend that all clients take out trip cancellation, baggage, emergency evacuation and medical insurance before coming on your trip. You will be required to confirm that you have chosen whether or not to acquire trip insurance(s). Refunds will not be issued for last minute cancellations.
