Florian will give his new keynote "Into the Last Great Wilderness" about his 25-year journey of nature photography on the upcoming NANPA Nature Photography Summit in Las Vegas. Stay tune :)
What started out as a childhood dream in Germany, led photographer Florian Schulz to a life exploring some of the most remote regions of the globe. By sailboat, sled-dog, bush-plane and foot, the National Geographic photographer has traversed thousands of miles of endless wild country. He dove in the frigid waters of the arctic ocean, camped in polar bear country and endured myriads of blood-thirsty mosquitoes while documenting the greatest wildlife migration left in the Americas, the Arctic caribou—all with the goal of stunning images that make people take action.
In this presentation, you can expect to get an intimate look at Schulz’s journey through his career. Florian will share unprecedented images and film sequences, highlighting some of the most breathtaking landscapes and wildlife spectacles left in North America. While he aims for the most striking visuals, Florian’s work is marked by his dedication to entire conservation campaigns. Acting as an ambassador for the wild, he strives to meet excellence in every project he takes on. No hardships spared. This presentation will keep you at the edge of your seat!
